Spring, the “Sugar Bush” season!

The Anjou Hall welcomes its guests from March 12 until April 24, 2011. We offer different seatings throughout the day and an evening seating with a wonderful folk duo for some live entertainment. Varied seatings: 9:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m.,1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (new seating!)

Homemade pea soup, buns
Coleslaw, creton (country pâté)
Rustic sausages
Maple ham, beets and pickles
Country style potatoes, baked beans
“Omelettes souflées”, crispy pork rind
Homemade pancakes with maple syrup
Maple and sugar pies, Poor man’s pudding
Coffee, tea, juice

Also included: Horse drawn sleigh rides through the maple forest and taffy on the snow.
